UKESCC courseware is provided under licences that are supplied when the courseware is delivered. Licences are not time-limited and so do not have to be renewed, say, every year.
If purchasing a site licence for a network that supports
both PC and Macintosh platforms, courseware for both platforms
will be supplied.
Authorises the end-user to use the software on a single computer.
Back up copies may be made, but no more than five copies
should be in existence at any one time without the prior written
consent of UKESCC.
Authorises the end user to use the software on any number of computers within the end-user's institution.
This also covers using the software across a network.
