Eligibility and Conditions of Sale |

1. The software is available for use on a student's personal computer. |
|
2. The software is sold subject to a licence agreement similar in scope to that of commercial software. |
|
3. The software must not be copied or re-sold. |
|
4. Eligibility for purchase: (a) full-time students and (b) part-time students enrolled for a minimum of 3 months (including Open University, continuing education and extra mural students). |
